AVDeals.online, a child brand of MUHAMMAD DILSHOD O'G'L UBAYDULLAYEV, wants you to be satisfied with every antivirus subscription you purchase through us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one and how long the process typically takes.

30-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for any new antivirus subscription bought through AVDeals.online, provided the request meets the eligibility criteria below.

Eligibility

  • The request is made within 30 days of the original order date.
  • The subscription was purchased directly from AVDeals.online (not from a third party).
  • You provide the order reference and the email/phone used at the time of purchase.
  • The subscription has not been excessively used in a manner inconsistent with a trial evaluation (e.g. fraudulent activity, abuse).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Renewals processed more than 30 days prior to the refund request, unless required by applicable law or the underlying brand's own renewal-refund window.
  • Add-on services already fully consumed (e.g. one-time installation or tune-up sessions that have been completed).
  • Promotional credits, gift cards or bundled bonuses.

How to Request a Refund

Call us at (771) 249-8655 and provide:

  1. Your order reference number;
  2. The billing name and contact information used for the purchase;
  3. A brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.

Renewals

To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, please cancel auto-renewal before your subscription renews. If a renewal is charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you and, where required, the underlying antivirus brand to resolve the charge.

Subscriptions Provided by the Underlying Brand

Some refund decisions for subscriptions delivered and billed by the underlying antivirus brand may be subject to that brand's own refund policy. In such cases we will coordinate the refund request on your behalf.
