Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all purchases of antivirus and internet-security subscriptions made through AVDeals.online, a child brand of MUHAMMAD DILSHOD O'G'L UBAYDULLAYEV. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other electronic payment methods made available at checkout. All amounts are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Order Confirmation & Activation

After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation along with activation instructions or an activation key delivered to the contact details provided at the time of purchase. Subscriptions become active once the payment is captured and the activation step is completed with the underlying antivirus brand.

Pricing, Taxes & Fees

Advertised pricing is illustrative; the final price will be confirmed by an AVDeals specialist at the time of enrollment. Pricing may vary based on plan, tier, number of devices, region and applicable promotions. Applicable taxes, surcharges and fees may be added to the order total based on your billing location.

Recurring Billing & Renewals

Many antivirus subscriptions are sold on a recurring basis. Unless canceled in accordance with the underlying brand's terms, subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current standard rate after the initial term. You authorize AVDeals.online (and/or the underlying brand's billing partner, where applicable) to charge your payment method on file for each renewal cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

Authorization & Verification

For fraud prevention we may verify your identity, billing address and payment instrument prior to processing an order. MUHAMMAD DILSHOD O'G'L UBAYDULLAYEV reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, unauthorized or in violation of these terms or applicable law.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, we may suspend the order, retry the charge and/or contact you for an alternative payment method. Continued failure to pay may result in cancellation of the subscription and loss of associated benefits.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at (771) 249-8655 so we can resolve the matter quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of services. Chargebacks determined to be invalid may be challenged with supporting documentation.

Currency

All transactions are processed in USD. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply conversion rates and foreign-transaction fees outside of our control.
